These short terms explain how SaolTaxi bookings work, what we expect from riders, and how to get help if something changes before or after your trip.

Using SaolTaxi
When you book or ride with SaolTaxi you agree to:
- Be at least 18 years old or travel with a guardian.
- Provide accurate pickup details, contact information, and ride notes.
- Treat drivers, vehicles, and fellow passengers with respect.
Rides & Pricing
- We confirm every booking by phone or messaging with the route, vehicle, and estimated fare.
- Pricing may change with distance, waiting time, or additional stops.
- Digital receipts are available on request.
Cancellations & Delays
- Cancel up to two hours before pickup with no charge.
- Late cancellations or no-shows can incur a fee that covers driver time and travel.
- We may cancel if conditions are unsafe or the destination falls outside our service area.
